স্টক এভেইলেবিলিটি: প্রোডাক্টের প্রাপ্যতা স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

মূল্য পরিবর্তন: কোনো নোটিশ ছাড়াই দাম পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

সার্ভিস মডিফিকেশন: ShopTiz যেকোনো সময় সার্ভিস বা অফার পরিবর্তন/বন্ধ/পরিবর্ধন করতে পারে।

২. প্রোডাক্টস ও বর্ণনা

আমরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রোডাক্টের রঙ এবং সাইজ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি। তবে মনিটর বা ডিভাইসের ভিন্নতার কারণে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে। বর্ণনা বা ছবির সাথে অমিল থাকলে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৩. বিলিং ও অ্যাকাউন্ট ইনফরমেশন

অর্ডারের জন্য সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। ShopTiz যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার বা অফারের অপব্যবহারের কারণে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

৪. ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফার

ডিসকাউন্ট বা কুপন ব্যবহার করে কেনা পণ্য রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নয়। একই অফার এক ব্যক্তি একাধিকবার গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন না।

৫. থার্ড পার্টি লিংক

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা কোনো থার্ড পার্টি লিংকের মাধ্যমে অন্য সাইটে প্রবেশ করলে তার নিরাপত্তা বা দায়ভার ShopTiz বহন করবে না।

৬. ভুল তথ্য ও ত্রুটি সংশোধন

টাইপোগ্রাফিকাল ভুল বা পণ্যের ভুল মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হলে ShopTiz যেকোনো সময় তা সংশোধন বা সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

৭. অর্ডার ক্যানসেলেশন

কোয়ালিটি চেকে সমস্যা ধরা পড়লে বা ইনভেন্টরি সমস্যার কারণে স্টক শেষ হয়ে গেলে আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল ও পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করা হতে পারে।

৮. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার

অনৈতিক, বেআইনি, কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন বা ম্যালওয়্যার ছড়ানোর কাজে আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
